In nut shell, we can say that
40% + Car parking + IDC is payable within 3 months from the date of issuance of PAL
and balance 60% + remaining other charges are payable in 3 installments facilitated by a time gap for 20 months (1 year 8 months).
This is a better payment plan as compared to Construction Linked Payment Plan.
However, Partial Down payment plan is superior to all payment plans. In this payment plan, buyer needs to pay off 55% + some other charges within 1 month from the date of issuance of PAL and it facilitates the discount up to 9.50-11% (to be provided by Jay pee and varies tower to tower)
